Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with support, insight, and compassion. Therapy with me is collaborative and personalized. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for your unique story, values, and goals. This is your space—to heal, grow, and become more fully you.My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back and develop tools for emotional resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or self-esteem challenges, therapy offers a space to be heard, understood, and supported. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I integrate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic work, mindfulness-based practices, and emerging neuroscience to support healing and long-term growth. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to deepen self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and foster meaningful change.
